Shipping within South Africa

CharmSA offers convenient door-to-door delivery across South Africa.

1. Standard Door-to-door courier at R110.
(1-4 Business Days)

2. Express Door-to-door courier at R160.
(1-2 Business Days)

• Shipping is FREE for orders over R1000.
• We only deliver across South Africa, we do not export.
• Where delivery areas are extremely far out, for example farms, courier services might not be available. We will then contact you to discuss delivery options.
  
  
• Courier Service:
  We primarily use The Courier Guy for deliveries, but we reserve the right to use other reputable courier services when necessary.
  
  
• Delivery Timeframes:
  • Orders for in-stock items placed before 2 PM on a business day will be processed and shipped out the same business day. Orders placed after 1 PM, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the next business day.
  • For items not currently in stock, order processing typically takes 8-10 business days before shipment. We will contact you if any significant delays are expected beyond this timeframe.
    
    
  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location within South Africa.
  • Please note these are estimated timeframes. While we strive to meet these delivery times, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., high order volume, courier mishaps) may occasionally cause delays.
    
    
• Tracking Your Order:
  Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
  
  
• Remote Areas:
  For extremely remote areas (e.g., farms), courier services might not be available.  We will then contact you directly to discuss delivery options in such cases.
  
  
• International Shipping
  We only deliver across South Africa.
