I realized very late that I had not yet purchased a Mother's Day present for my beautiful wife. Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 16:00 I read an email from Charmsa that if I ordered before 14:00, the gift would be delivered in time for Mother's Day. I went through the website, made my choice and paid and to my surprise, emails came through keeping me informed of the progress of the package. Within 48 hours I received the package and it was with me long before Mother's Day. Thank you very much for your prompt service

I was bitterly disappointed with the very tiny charm that was received. It would be helpful if you put the actual size of the charm next to the photograph. Compared to the size, I really think that this was overpriced too. I was really looking forward to gifting this charm, now I feel embarrassed about it. Very disappointed.

thank you for your honest feedback. We’re so sorry to hear that the Graduation 2025 Books Charm felt smaller than expected, especially as it was meant to be such a special gift.
Our charms are made to a standard charm size to fit all major charm bracelet brands, but we completely understand that product photos can sometimes make sizing difficult to judge online. Your suggestion about adding a clearer size reference is very helpful, and we’ll definitely look at improving this on our product pages.
We'd be more than happy to exchange the charm for a different graduation charm.
