Thing broke after a few months since they only have a 60 day till 6 month warranty better to buy from somewhere else where there is at least a 2 year warranty. Probably wont be using them again in the future.

Firstly let me tell you the background... i ordered the item on the 28/09/26, received it on the 29/09/26...only to realize it was the wrong size...i immediately contacted Charmsa via email & telephonically... i was phoned back shortly after, explained my error and Nick who i spoke to , totally understood my mistake and without any hesitation, he booked out the correct size and had it delivered ( the incorrect item in the meantime was collected without any question ) and it was received on the 1/10/26 just in time...So the service from the start to finish was exceptional, thanks Nick!
