CharmSA Limited Warranty

CharmSA is committed to providing high-quality products. All purchases are covered by the following warranty:

  • Tier 1: Satisfaction Guarantee (7 Days)
    • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 7 business days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
    • CharmSA will cover the return shipping costs for returns under this Satisfaction Guarantee.

  • Tier 2: Manufacturer Defect Warranty (6 Months)
    • All products are covered against manufacturer defects for a period of 6 months from the date of receipt.
    • This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
    • CharmSA will, at its discretion, replace, refund or provide a gift certificate for the defective item. The customer may choose their preferred remedy.

  • Warranty Exclusions: This limited warranty does not cover:
    • Normal wear and tear.
    • Accidental loss or damage.
    • Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or improper use. See our product care instructions.
    • Oxidation or chemical damage.
    • Damage caused by modifications or alterations to the product.

  • Warranty Claim Process:
  1. Contact us at info@charmsa.co.za with the subject line "Order # - Warranty Claim."
  2. Include a detailed description of the problem, and clear photos/videos demonstrating the defect.
  3. We will respond to your claim within 2 business days.
  4. If the claim is approved, we will arrange for the return shipping of the defective item.
  • Custom Made, Special Orders, and Bulk Orders:
    • Custom-made items, special orders, and bulk orders are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon receipt. If defective, they are covered under the 6-Month Manufacturer Defect Warranty.

  • Note: CharmSA reserves the right to amend this warranty at any time without prior notification.
