In addition to our warranty, CharmSA offers a return policy for items that are not defective but you are unsatisfied with.
Return Window:
You may return non-defective items within 7 business days of receipt.
Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and with all original tags/accessories included.
Return Shipping:
CharmSA will arrange the return shipping, at our cost.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase. *Please ensure you provide the correct payment details for the refund.*
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom-made items
Special orders
Bulk orders
Earrings (for hygienic reasons)
Return Process: 1.Contact us at info@charmsa.co.za with the subject line "Order # - Returns." 2.Include the reason for your return. 3.We will arrange for the collection of the item. 4.Please re-pack the product securely.

We will arrange and cover the return shipping and the new item replacement shipping cost.
