Return Policy

Returns for Non-Defective Items

In addition to our warranty, CharmSA offers a return policy for items that are not defective but you are unsatisfied with.

  • Return Window:
    • You may return non-defective items within 7 business days of receipt.
  • Return Conditions:
    • Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and with all original tags/accessories included.
  • Return Shipping:
    • CharmSA will arrange the return shipping, at our cost.
  • Refund Method:
    • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase. *Please ensure you provide the correct payment details for the refund.*
    • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • The following items are not eligible for return:
      • Custom-made items
      • Special orders
      • Bulk orders
      • Earrings (for hygienic reasons)
  • Return Process:
    1.  Contact us at info@charmsa.co.za with the subject line "Order # - Returns."
    2.  Include the reason for your return.
    3.  We will arrange for the collection of the item.
    4.  Please re-pack the product securely.
  • Exchanges:
    • Contact us at info@charmsa.co.za with the subject line “Order # - Exchange”
    • We will arrange and cover the return shipping and the new item replacement shipping cost.
