Shipping within South Africa

CharmSA offers convenient door-to-door delivery across South Africa.

• Shipping Rates:
  ◦ A flat rate of R110 is charged per order.
  ◦ FREE shipping is available for orders over R1000.
  
• Courier Service:
  ◦ We primarily use The Courier Guy for deliveries, but we reserve the right to use other reputable courier services when necessary.
  
• Delivery Timeframes:
  ◦ Order Processing:
  
  • Orders for in-stock items placed before 1 PM on a business day will be processed and shipped out the same business day. Orders placed after 1 PM, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the next business day.
  
  • For items not currently in stock, order processing typically takes 8-10 business days before shipment. We will contact you if any significant delays are expected beyond this timeframe.
  
  ◦ Delivery Transit:
  
  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location within South Africa.
  
  • Please note these are estimated timeframes. While we strive to meet these delivery times, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., high order volume, courier mishaps) may occasionally cause delays.
  
• Tracking Your Order:
  ◦ Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
  
• Remote Areas:
  ◦ For extremely remote areas (e.g., farms), courier services might not be available.  We will then contact you directly to discuss delivery options in such cases.
  
• International Shipping
  ◦ We only deliver across South Africa.

Returns for Non-Defective Items

In addition to our warranty, CharmSA offers a return policy for items that are not defective but you are unsatisfied with.

• Return Window:
  ◦ You may return non-defective items within 30 days of receipt.
  
• Return Conditions:
  ◦ Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and with all original tags/accessories included.
  
• Return Shipping:
  ◦ CharmSA will arrange the return shipping, at our cost.
  
• Refund Method:
  ◦Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase. *Please ensure you provide the correct payment details for the refund.*
  
  ◦ Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  
• Non-Returnable Items:
  ◦The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Custom-made items
  • Special orders
  • Bulk orders
  • Earrings (for hygienic reasons)
  
• Return Process:
  1.  Contact us at info@charmsa.co.za with the subject line "Order # - Returns."
  2.  Include the reason for your return.
  3.  We will arrange for the collection of the item.
  4.  Please re-pack the product securely.
  
• Exchanges:
  ◦ Contact us at info@charmsa.co.za with the subject line “Order # - Exchange”
  
  ◦ We will arrange and cover the return shipping and the new item replacement shipping cost.

CharmSA Limited Warranty

CharmSA is committed to providing high-quality products. All purchases are covered by the following warranty:

• Tier 1: Satisfaction Guarantee (7 Days)
  ◦ If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 7 business days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
  
  ◦ CharmSA will cover the return shipping costs for returns under this Satisfaction Guarantee.
  
• Tier 2: Manufacturer Defect Warranty (6 Months)
  ◦ All products are covered against manufacturer defects for a period of 6 months from the date of receipt.
  
  ◦ This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  
  ◦ CharmSA will, at its discretion, replace, refund or provide a gift certificate for the defective item. The customer may choose their preferred remedy.
  
• Warranty Exclusions: This limited warranty does not cover:
  
  ◦ Normal wear and tear.
  
  ◦ Accidental loss or damage.
  
  ◦ Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or improper use. See our product care instructions.
  
  ◦ Oxidation or chemical damage.
  
  ◦ Damage caused by modifications or alterations to the product.
  
• Warranty Claim Process:
  1 . Contact us at info@charmsa.co.za with the subject line "Order # - Warranty Claim."
  
  2. Include a detailed description of the problem, and clear photos/videos demonstrating the defect.
  
  3. We will respond to your claim within 2 business days.
  
  4. If the claim is approved, we will arrange for the return shipping of the defective item.
  
• Custom Made, Special Orders, and Bulk Orders:
  ◦ Custom-made items, special orders, and bulk orders are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon receipt. If defective, they are covered under the 6-Month Manufacturer Defect Warranty.
  
• Note: CharmSA reserves the right to amend this warranty at any time without prior notification.
